Customer Support Analyst

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Ø Understand Client Policies and Guidelines

Ø Review user reports 

Ø Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures

Ø Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions

Ø Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

 

Ø Strong read and write skills in Vietnamese is a must

Ø Strong knowledge of cultural context in the transactions handled (Market Supported- Vietnamese)

Ø Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment

Ø Detail orientation and client focus

Ø Passionate about the internet

Ø Must be willing to work in night shift on rotational basis

 

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

•         Contract renewable every year
